What can I return?

  • If you have received a defective product/ size issue / simply not happy with your purchase, please reach out to us to return or exchange your order
  • The products should be unused, unworn with its original packing, labels & tags intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days from delivery date
  • The return process takes about 3 -5 working days. Post that standard delivery time applicable

How can I return eligible products?

  • You can email us at sukoshikids@gmail.com and schedule a free reverse pick up
  • You must return the product within 5 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product you want to return in the email
  • For pin codes that do not have the reverse pickup facility, you would need to send the products back to us at your own expense. Email us at sukoshikids@gmail.com to receive the address for return
 What if I have received a faulty/defective product?
  • We are diligent about our quality checks. In case you receive a faulty/defective product, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product
  • Please include your order number and clear images of the defect in the email.

 Do you offer exchange of sizes?

  • Yes, we offer exchange of sizes provided the product is unused, unworn with its original packing, labels & tags intact. This is subject to availability of size. In case the size is sold out, you can choose a garment with price equal to the original garment price. Please get in touch with us on +919940451164 (wats app or phone call) for arranging the same
  • Exchange must be initiated within 3 days from delivery date
  • The exchange process takes 3 to 5 days. Post that standard delivery time applicable

When will I receive my refund?

  • Once we receive the return, the product(s) will go through a quality check
  • After the product passes the quality check, we will issue a refund to the original mode of payment
  • It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
  • In case of COD orders, we will need your bank account details to process the refund
  • For complete return and refund request, cash on delivery charges are not refunded. Additionally, an amount of INR 100 is charged for reverse pickup
  • Any shipping charges, customs duty / taxes are not refundable
  • Certain sale items are not eligible for refund/return/exchange

 How can I cancel my order?

Cancellation Policy

  • Products can be cancelled until the order is shipped
  • Please email us at sukoshikids@gmail.com in case you want to cancel your order. Please include the order number and the product(s) you wish to cancel in the email.
  • Incase the order has already been shipped, we will inform you of the same via email and you will have to schedule a return or exchange as required. Timelines as specified in “What can I return”

Product Policies

  • Once a product is used, we cannot ascertain the durability since the usage, wash & care of the product depends on the individual
  • Color of the actual product may vary from the image due to discrepancies in photography. 
  • In case a product is missing from your shipment please email us within 24 hours of the receipt of the shipment for us to investigate further
